In Luke 10:21-24, we find Jesus expressing his right to conceal and to reveal information to different groups of people.

This rather short passage contains huge theological implications. The main emphasis here is on God’s sovereign right to conceal or reveal information to whomever he wants. Children should not question their parents’ right to conceal or reveal. Those in the military understand why some things are concealed and others are revealed. And we should not question God’s right to conceal some things and reveal others. God is sovereign; he can do what he wants.
